About Tam, fully qualified acupuncturist in Brighton and Hove
Tam is a degree-level trained acupuncturist in Brighton who is passionate about helping her clients improve their health. She is results focused, and incorporates different styles of acupuncture to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes, also offering diet and lifestyle advice if required.
After working in the corporate world for many years Tam decided to make a change and retrain as an acupuncturist after witnessing its miraculous effects first hand. Initially seeking treatment after a period of insomnia, she was amazed how much the treatment helped with her sleep, but also that it had a profound and unexpected impact on her overall wellbeing. She loves helping clients with fertility, chronic pain, gynaecological conditions, insomnia, stress and anxiety, IBS and gut health issues.
Tam is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, and the Acupuncture Fertility Network. She has completed advanced CPD training in fertility, gynaecology, obstetrics and pain. She is also registered with the major insurance companies including Axa and Vitality and can bill directly if required.
Brighton Acupuncture is a friendly and inclusive clinic, and a safe space for all. The clinic makes a monthly donation to a chosen charity, currently All Our Relations helping displaced families in Gaza.

Tam uses very fine needles and a gentle treatment style, most people find the treatment very relaxing and many people fall asleep while the needles are in.

I've been seeing Tam since February and can't recommend her highly enough. The first time I was a bit worried about the needles but Tams calm and soft approach made it so much better of an experience.
